tips for wheelchair attendants

If you've ever used a wheelchair attendant at an airport, have you tipped? If so, how much?

Yes, $5 - 10 depending on how far they push the chairs -- and don't shoot me -- the size of the occupant. Also, maybe a bit more it there is an oxygen tank attached or other medical devices.
