I was having trouble getting the video to run, too. I'm on a DSL connection, but I think the problem is that my computer's processor is a bit too slow. I'm on a 5 year old iBook, with a G3.
Sometimes you need to update your Quicktime or Media Player, which I've done. I can get the image, but it's 'jerky'. Better than nothing, though!

Nope. I use Firefox as my browser. Emptied cookies, rebooted, several times now, been attempting this for over a week.
Today I tried using IE as my browser, thinking something on Firefox was stopping it. No luck.
Like I said, I was able to view last week, now it just says attempting to reconnect, then really fast it says playing, then immediately jumps to read. You click on ready and it just does it again!!!
