This has been a fun thread. I am now reminded about seeing Iceland and Greenland from the air. I also saw Mt Shasta, on a different flight of course.

Antarctica is on my bucket list.

Didn't you post about that? I remember being so jealous of someone seeing Antarctica from the airplane. Of course I want to see it from the ground, but even from an airplane I would have been excited.
