Ideas February trip

We have 2 weeks in Feb to go somewhere that isn't freezing.
We are open to cruises, land tours or combo.
A combination touring and relaxing trip would be nice.
We're older but active.
Any ideas?

More information please. Budget? How far are you willing to go? Where have you been that we should rule out? Should it be within, for instance, the United States? Are you willing to rent a car at your destination? Do you want 1st world comfort or is a bit more adventuresome in the cards?

No Hawaii, Mexico (unless cruise), Italy, United States,
Flying out of San Fran
First world comfort please
We are willing to rent a car but not in cities

Is the Caribbean (land/cruise) or Central/South America in the running? Or Europe, or Asia? Narrowing the possibilities.

carib-yes
central america-cruise only
South America-Might save that until we have more time, 2 weeks is not enough?
Europe-yes, but not really, really cold (done Italy, England, Scand)
Asia - yes

Bali - for the entire time. Rent a villa, stay at a resort, 2 locations maybe, loads of things to do, great food, lovely people and all very inexpensive. Splurge on business class flights.
