Groupon Cancellation/Transfer Option
I have a question in regards to Groupon's policy of transferring or getting a credit for future travel when you need to cancel a trip. I have not been able to find any information on the Groupon site and was hoping that someone on here would have either experienced this, or dealt with this situation. Any information would be very helpful.

Groupon Getaways trips
If you chose the date of your trip when you purchased your Groupon Getaway, you'll be able to cancel it as long as you're within the hotel's cancellation policy by clicking "Cancel" next to this Groupon on your My Groupons page. If you didn't choose your date when making your purchase, you have 7 days from purchase to cancel your order. Also, if the hotel is booked on the date you need, you're covered by our Booking Guarantee and are eligible for a refund as long as the "Book By" date hasn't passed. After the "Book By" date, you can still use your Groupon Getaways voucher for the price you paid for it. You can learn more here.

thanks you for the detailed information about canceling a trip using Groupon, Looks like there are just certain timeframes when you need to cancel by or within. Glad they have an option to still use the Groupon Getaway voucher towards other future trips.
