Gate1 tours - are they reputable?

They have some great deals for New years travel in Europe. But are they reputable? Have you had good or bad experiences?

Gate1 has been around for many years and responses have been very favorable especially for Middle East countries - Egypt, Israel, Jordan. And yes, they do offer value for the money. But not familiar with their European itineraries.

Returned in Dec 2004 from a Gate 1 tour to Thailand, totally awesome. Large group but extremely well organized. Currently booked with them to Peru. I understand their Thailand tours and Turkey tours had the large group numbers.

my husband and i took a 10 day trip to mykonos, santorini and athens in juse 2004 through gate1. the hotels we stayed in were GREAT as were the transfers from airports, landing docks, etc. as far as sightseeing, we basically signed up (or didn't) for what we wanted and did the rest on our own. the price was truly affordable and we could not have made all the connections we did, not to mention staying in the hotels we did, had we not signed up with them.

we would definitely use them for trips to the far east as well.
