Private Guide - Cafayate, Argentina

Hello.

I was interested in recommendations for a private guide in Cafayate, Argentina during the month of November. I can't drive a manual car so I need to leave the driving up to someone else.

Thanks in advance.

I suggest you research Angie Valdez by putting her name ("Angie") in TA's search feature here: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum...Argentina.html

Have a great time in our country's NW.

Angie Valdez is a fine guide. Two additional guides, well reputed and who speak English well are:

David Salta = You can reach David, his nickname, at [email protected] also through Casa Hernandez in San Lorenzo/Salta.

Tracy Johnson = email [email protected]
www.northwestnomad.com is a fine guide.

Hello nomadfromcincy.

Have you used this person yourself? Do you have Walter's last name and E-mail address you could share with me, please?

Thanks very much.

Hello everyone.

I have been in contact with Angie but unfortunately she will be busy the days that I will be in Salta and Cafayate. Might anyone know of a guide based in Cafayate instead of Salta?

Thanks in advance.

Usually Angie recommends David Salta (see above posts) when she is busy, but I don't know where he is based. I would guess in Salta.

I am sorry, but David has moved to Poland, I heard. And the english lady has also left Salta. I can recommend Adolfo, a great guide- You can contact him at [email protected] . He is a local guide, someone who has lived in the area for years and know the roads and everywhere very well!
