Piya, I have never done such a tour, but keep in mind what an absolutely enormous land mass you are looking at with those four countries. Many of the best spots are not that quick or easy to access.
I'm sure it would be easy enough to fly in and out of 4 capital cities, spending 4 nights in each, but that would not really allow you to hit the highlights in the rest of the country.

Brazil for its diversity of things to see from the rain forest, the diverse landscapes and ecosystems, the beaches, the cities like Rio, Salvador, Sao Paulo. the food (amazing and diverse), the culture, the weather, the people, the celebrations (they know how to through a party), and it can be a gateway to the other places you listed. You can't go wrong with a vacation to Brazil it will be like have multiple vacations in one. There's a reason Rio was chosen for the Olympics-it is beautiful, fun, unique and it is a one of a kind experience.
