Hi there!
Don´t know what your budget looks like but... I would like you to know this: there are few places in la paz that you shoul stay away from, two of my friends stayed in la paz for over two weeks and experimented very bad experiences with some "advertised " hostels like: adventure brew, wildrover, loki and hostelpoints, this places are not only noisy but on regular basis promote activities such "wild" beer parties or such , with "nice" scenes such as bloody fights, girls abuse and more! The way bolivian authorities work is just a mock to lodging laws and this people take huge advantage of it! so if you want a rather safe/pleasant stay look for any other descent place such as the nice "Hotel Morimbi" 200 mts away san francisco Church (Right in downtown) or the casique at its front, 10U$ per person, hot water, private bath, cable TV , breakfast and more, or head for the nice Passport Hotel or Even "Latino" right on the street above the main bus terminal, any of these would be far better than any unsafe or noisy place.
be careful when choosing your staying places!
About uyuni I may have some good options but first tell me if u find this suggestions useful..

About lake Titikaka, personally I believe by own experience that the bolivian side of the lake is much nicer to see (Sun , Moon Islands) less expensive and touristic than any of peru islands.
good luck
