Iguazu Falls, better to visit from Buenos Aires or Rio de Janerio?

I am thinking of a cruise in South America. The cruises that I am looking start or end in Rio de Janerio or Buenos Aires. Which city, if either is it better to visit Igauzu Falls from, for reliable flights, prices, etc?

Also, are there any tour operators fodorites can recommend? I will hotel in Buenos Aires/Rio and flights, transfers and hotels and sightseeing in Iguazu.

Thanks in advance

Research "Isabel" with the TA forum's search feature http://tinyurl.com/nw9f4
and draw your own conclusions about the quality of her services.

BsAs - most if not all of the flights between Rio and Iguazu Falls stop in Sao Paulo, making it more complicated. The flights between BsAs and Iguazu Falls are a piece of cake.
