How many bus terminals are there in Mendoza? NEED HELP

Hi, I am trying to buy tickets online from Santiago to Mendoza and there are two selections :
one is Mendoza, the other one is Mendoza (san Martin)
Our hotel is located on ESPANA in Mendoza, I am trying to find out which terminal is closer to our hotel.
Thanks

Plaza Espana is just a short walk from the bus station, in the heart of Mendoza the one you want.

I would put Mendoza. The bus station is a few blocks from a big main avenue called San Martin and that may be an alternate stop for those getting picked up or going to other towns and not wanting to go into the city. It is just an educated guess as buses in Argentina will often have stops on the outskirts of cities as an alternative.

I hate to hijack this thread, but I have a very similar question. Which one of these destinations would I select for a hotel (Huentala Hotel Boutique) near Plaza Independencia?
