If you have a car you can get to some of the shorter walks and the catamaran dock and maybe to Glacier Grey (that is a longer drive so be sure you have a full tank of gas leaving PN). check odie's trip report

There is an excursion where you drive to the social launch forGlacier Grey.

Don't believe you can do a catamaran plus GG hike in a day.

The catamaran is just a good wY to vie the Cuernos, Or spend 2 nights if you want to day hike to French Valley & back,

As mlgb says you must be very careful with your gas. At least when we were there in 2013 there was no gas in the park. The closest gas was in Puerto Natales and it is a long way away.

My trip report that mlgb refers to is here however when I look at it now, it appears to be missing the last 3-5 days of entries (Not too sure how that happened):
http://www.fodors.com/community/sout...reath-away.cfm

As for hiking, we did not do much hiking at all before we were there. The most we had done was a 6 mile hike. As I said, our daughter was ten and she managed the hike to the Torres and back-about 12 miles. The days are long so you have plenty of time to take it slowly.

"Since I'm getting a car , you recommend I stay first day in P Arenas ( penguin tour) then Natales for a day and then to T DP for 3 nights?"

Day 9 PUQ-rent a car from the airport
Day 10 Natales/tdp
Day 11 Natales/tdp
Day 12 Natales/tdp
Day 13 Natales/tdp
Day 14 Morning flight to P Montt -
Day 15 P Montt
Day 16 P Montt- night flight to Santiago

If you have a morning flight out of PUQ, you will need to be in PA the night before so that would not leave you three nights in TdP. It is over four hours driving plus you will most likely need to go back into Natales for gas. Gas at Cerro Castillo was a hit and miss when we were there.

I would still go straight to TdP from PUQ (via Natales for gas) and spend four nights there. Leave early on Day 13 to return to PUQ. You could drive down to Fort Bulnes which is a beautiful drive and gives you the sense of being at "el fin del mundo."

@ODIE1 and @MLGB tgabk yu both for replying , I havent been able to read this because I did not have access to internet( its very hard to get a number in chile as tourist - apparantely there is some new law that makes it hard for me to get a new number)

So I have 5 full days -I arrive early morning on day 9 and fly out on day 14 , so you are right I have to be in arenas the night before .

This is the only part that I did not plan and you guys are so nice -so thanks again . If I go there for three-4 nights then the cheapest option is Fantasticosur or vertice? and in that case I should still keep the car?( I`m asking cuz its going to cost a bit extra)

It is possible to take a bus from Puerto Natales to the park, but it makes it more difficult to get around. And then a second bus to Punta Arenas. And then a shuttle inside the park.

So I would probably keep the car and if you don't mind staying in the refugios, those are the least expensive inside the park.
