Lake Crossing and Argentina Falls

Am planning trip to Argentina and Chile in February.

Lake Crossing from Puerta Veras to Bariloche
What time does it start in Puerta Veras and what time do you get to Bariloche.
I was trying to coordinate with flight arriva in Puerto Montt and departure in Bariloche.

Will be arriving Argentine side of Falls and spending 1 night but could spend 2 nights.
Wondering if it is necessary to go to the Brazil Side and spend the $ for the visa.
I see some tours offered on both sides, Macuco Safari on Brazil Side and Great Adventure on the Argentine Side. Touristy and don't bother? or Worth It?
Am thinking the 2 walks on the Argentine Side may be enough.

Thanks
Mary

You depart early in the morning and arrive at night. You will need a hotel in each of the towns for one night, but two would be better as they both have a lot to offer.

I liked the water part of the Great Adventure Tour - the Jungle part could be skipped. But I liked getting soaked by the falls!
