Pluna Airlines Luggage Allowance?

Does anyone out there know what Pluna Airline's luggage allowance flying Buenos Aires to Montevideo on economy class is? Thanks!

From Pluna's webpage, all in Spanish:

$20 per checked bag, maximum of two bags per passenger.

No extra charge over the $20 if bag weighs under 20 kg (44 pounds).

$4 per per each kg over 20 kg. Bag must not exceed 32 kg (70 pounds).

I believe you can take up to bags with 20 kilos each, which is a lot....

Oh ya, I read in my research of this that if you do a web check-in and print out your own boarding pass, you wave the baggage fee on Pluna. Is that true?

Not quite. If you do a web check-in, you pay half-price ($10) for the first bag. You'd still pay for any overweight charges on that bag, and you'd still pay full price for a second bag.

Before I start a new thread, I thought I'd see if anyone could help me on this one before I start a new thread. I tried to buy 6 tickets on Pluna, which charged in USD on the Pluna website, but they refused my credit card. In the part where they asked for our documentation, I put our USA passport numbers and I tried to check out with a credit card. Is it because I am not from Uruguay and the discounted tickets are for Uruguay citizens? Is there a travel agent that could help me, or should I just buy on an internet provider for thwice the price? Thanks!
