Our Lucaya- Grand Bahamas and Priceline
All-
I have seen that some of you have used Priceline in booking a trip to Grand Bahamas. I know the only resort is Our Lucaya. My question concerns the differences between the Sheraton and the Westin. Is there a significant difference between these properties? Essentially, would we be dissapointed if we stayed at the Sheraton vs. the Westin or vice versa.
Any input and feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks!

the only difference is that the westin building looks nicer than the sheraton, at least on the outside. we stayed at the westin (didn't use priceline) so can't really tell you how the inside of the sheraton is. please know that my observation does NOT mean the sheraton building is awful. if you end up at the sheraton, you can still use the pools that are on the westin's side as well as the beach. both the sheraton and westin are next to each other, walking distance.

Wondering if you ended up booking on Priceline. I was looking at doing the same for an upcoming trip and hesitated b/c I haven't used it before and am not sure which hotels they pick from. Am leaning towards booking the Westin at $200+/night b/c most other hotels are sold out (we're booking last minute over the holidays).
Thanks!
