What to do? Trapped in a window seat for a 15 hour flight next to an incontinent person who was virtually immobile and encroaching into window seat. Seat had to be cleaned, pads put down, smell was unbearable from the start, full flight, nowhere to move.

If you are a member of the airlines frequent flyer program contact them and explain the situation and they will throw a few -- maybe quite a few -- miles/points your way. Otherwise I can't see any other response. (I'm sure there are post-fight reports re the situation in the cabin that would support your complaint)

What airline? What route? Did you complain about the situation to the flight attendants?

Myself, I would have stood in the aisle until the situation were rectified.

LA to Hong Kong, Cathay, no empty seats..
