My niece is being married in a church in July in Roslyn, Penna., with the reception following at the P & P Catering venue at 2980 Southampton Rd. My sister is looking for an outdoor location somewhere in the area for photos. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What town is P&P in? I know where Rosyln is.

P&P is actually in Philadelphia itself; it's a couple blocks off of Roosevelt Blvd if that helps to place it for anyone. Friends Hospital Garden was my first thought, but I've got an email to a former co-worker whose reception was there to see where she went.

You're welcome! Friends would be a bit of a hike, but the grounds are lovely (and it would be direct, at least.) Another possibility might be Glencairn Castle in Bryn Athyn? I'll let you know once I hear from my friend as to where she went; I was in China at the time of her wedding, so wasn't there to know first hand!
