One day in Vancouver Dinner and Stanley Park tour
Returning from an Alaska cruise, we have booked Pan Pacific for a day. I understand that we will be departing the ship early and will need to store our luggage at the hotel.
We were in Vancouver once before, about 10 years ago. We rented a bicycle-built-for-two and had a fantastic time in the park. Time and change will surely show decline in function, so need a new plan.
Can you recommend a private tour of the Park that would include lunch. We are not immobile, just need a slow moving tour and want to see all that we can.
As far as dinner goes, the first time in Vancouver we ate at Joe Forte's . Great experience and I still remember the truffle fries
Other TA recommendations are Alouette Bistro, Elisa, Italian Kitchen, and Nightengale. We would prefer seafood, rather close to our hotel. Or Uber close.
Thanks for your recommendations.

I can't help with a tour recommendation, though you may wish to reach out to Destination Vancouver and see what options there are: Destination Vancouver | Official Vancouver Visitor Guide. When I searched for a tour, I found this company: Vancity Tours | Destination Vancouver
For seafood, I'd consider Cardero's for something casual (easy 15 minute leisurely walking distance from your hotel) or taking the Canada Line from Waterfront Station (next to your hotel) two stops south (about a 5 minute ride) to the Yaletown Roundhouse station to go to the Blue Water Cafe for something a bit more upscale: Blue Water Cafe - Vancouver's Premier Seafood Restaurant. If you want a casual oyster bar, Fanny Bay Oysters (a 20 minute walk from your hotel) is fun: Fanny Bay Oyster Bar – Vancouver - a MICHELIN Guide Restaurant
For Italian, I do love Tavola (a short cab ride or Uber from your hotel) for a small, neighbourhood restaurant: Tavola Restaurant, and Nightingale (walking distance from your hotel) is fun for Mediterranean if you're into sharing small plates. People are really loving Elio Volpe and Savio Volpe for Italian, too. Another thought is CinCin on Robson Street, which is around the corner from Joe Fortes.
I haven't been to Alouette, but worked nextdoor for years, and haven't yet been to Elisa.
Another restaurant you might want to put on your radar is the Homer Street Cafe, which is always lovely: HOME | Homer Street Cafe
