You just use your chipped card. Almere Haven is not covered by any Amsterdam travel pass, nor is it easy to get into Amsterdam from there. I would also be very careful around the Almere train station in the evenings/night.
https://www.holland.com/global/touri...blic-transport Explains how it works. Remember to check out as well as in on buses and trams.
Can you change the place where you are staying?
It is a god 45 minutes or more from Almere Haven to Amsterdam.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Now I am more concerned about my stay. I choose Almere haven because it's very economical. I am more concerned about the safety. Can you please give me more details about the safety of Almere?

Almere Haven is safe, Almere generally is safe, but there have been problems around the station at night. It is economical because it is quite a way from Amsterdam and a long journey by public transport.
It is a modern city, mostly an Amsterdam overflow, with some problems as a result, though most if it is very safe, if charmless. It is very good for cycling around, with nice countryside close by.
Have a look at https://9292.nl/en/ to look at your options for getting to and from Amsterdam.
Note the price quoted is for a single journey, not a return fare.

Hilversum is fine, and certainly an easier train journey to Amsterdam than Almere Haven.
It is a sizeable town, centre of Radio and TV in the Netherlands, plenty of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants.
Also look at Weesp or Baarn along that same train line, or north to Zaandam, Purmerend or Krommenie, west to Haarlem or even Zandvoort. Closer in maybe Amstelveen, which is on a metro.

One thing why I wouldn' t want to stay in Almere Haven is that you need to get to Almere proper to get viable public transport options only a train station can bring. I used to have friends in Almere Haven and whenever I visited them, getting to Almere was one thing, then it would take about 30 minutes, including waiting for the bus, to get to Almere Haven. Almere Haven itself is quite lovely though. But boring.

To me the main drawback to staying in Almere is that it is underserved by the NS. Almere Haven is even more out of the way and needs buses. If you return late at night from Amsterdam, that already throws up restrictions. I would always look for a location that is on main train routes. Purmerend has the same drawback as Almere Haven. Also, if it is about price per night, it would be good to know what the budget is. Amsterdam is always outrageous.
