Vacation Rentals near Delray -- need reliable rental agency or an actual rental
For the past many years we've spent two weeks (around Jan/Feb/March) in Delray Beach staying at a hotel. We both love the location and would now like a semi-snowbird situation -- say two months -- in the area. While I would love to be rich enough to do it, I can't afford to stay in a hotel for that long so we're looking for a vacation rental.
I know many places won't rent for less than 4 months but we may have another couple to share the time with us so I'll worry about that later.
I've looked at airbnb and similar websites but I'm either seeing tiny bungalows or huge houses. Plus I don't exactly feel confident of those websites. What I'm looking for is a reliable vacation home rental agency where I can deal with an actual human being and I'm hoping someone here can recommend either
Thanks in advance

- a rental agency for vacation homes on the east coast of Florida
- another good, reliable idea
- an actual rental unit
- east coast of Florida anywhere south of Boynton Beach
- a coastal town although the rental doesn't need to be on (or even near) the beach
- preferably a condo-type situation but not necessarily
- 1-bedroom is fine
- available January through March
Thanks in advance
