Tokyo Station- Is connection from Shinkansen to Narita Express well marked?

Traveling from Kyoto to Tokyo Station to Narita Express to catch our international flight home. Is transferring between Shinkansen and Narita Ecpress difficult with luggage?
Are there clear directions and signage? It seems so much easier to take a train than flying to NRT out of Osaka.

No.

Most everywhere in Japan.

And we transferred at Shinagawa too - Tokyo station is far busier.

All Japanese stations are clearly marked. And I don't mean in Japanese. One of the few words you should know is Shinkansen, and you already do.
