Must Sees and Do's in Santorini

We have only three days/nights in late Sept in Santorini. Looking for advice on what absolutely MUST be seen and done there during those three days. Open to all suggestions, though I think one stop might be the Santorini Brewery.

Yes, Akrotiri is astounding! The paved walk along the edge of the caldera from Fira to Imerovigli is just lovely. And to sit in a resto and watch the sunset...

Akrotiri is now accessible and the walkways, mstairs give you excellent views into these ancient ruins..
Amoundi Bay down below Oia , have a meal at Katina's there, right on the water.
Truly, we didn't care for Santorini very much and loved the rest of Greece. These two places mentioned above were what we liked there.

Find the Santorini forum on Tripadvisor.com and click on the "Things to Do" tab at the top of the page in the green stripe.

Opposite Akrotiri, you can see another of the "must sees" of Santorini, the red beach - the cliff just falls away and at the bottom is this amazing red sand beach just hewn from the rocks. No need to hike over to the beach unless you fancy a swim, but I would go far enough to see it.

Toher highlights for us:

- Oia - especially watching the sunset surrounded by people who clap when it sets into the sea
- Fira - for some more caldera views, can't get enough of them
- Kamari - just to see the black sand beach, and rambling in the ruins of ancient thera

and not on the must do list, but if you have some down time, a boat trip in the caldera to relax and swim in the hot springs

You do not have much time to do everything that has been suggested however sometimes it is worthwhile to look away from the views and visit one of the villages. Pyrgos has a walled acropolis and the little village of Finikia just a kilometer from Oia is living in the past. No tourists no hype just Greece like it used to be.
There are still abandoned houses from the earthquake in the 1950's.
Many of these images were taken in Finikia.

Here is an album of Santoirni. It will show you most of the sites already suggested. Images 32 to 49 are Finikia

Red Beach has been closed because of some rockslides.
