What great shots. Make my poor little point & click efforts look pretty feeble. And the Villa Madie restaurant shots: What a meal!

Thanks Ted. My shots are from a point and click. For me it's all in the editing. You can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear these days. NOT a reference to your shots, which I enjoyed.

I have just added Cassis to my visit list after viewing these photos.Thanks for postig them. I love seaside towns most of all.

Julie: all depends on if you want the city experience or to relax more near the sea...you can't go wrong. We love both Paris and Cassis. We've gone to Cassis 3 times from both Aix and Gemenos. From Cassis you could easily also go to Sanary, another lovely seaside resort town.

I'll second the vote for Sanary. Bandol isn't bad either.
