Basic hotel for one night in Puerto Vallarta
Will be arriving by air in the late afternoon in mid February - staying only one night before heading out by bus the following day. Looking for a basic - clean and centrally located - hotel. Don't need much in the way of amenities, since it will be a very short stay. Used to stay at Rosita under the same circumstances - but their rates have risen dramatically.

There is Hotel One out by the airport / bus station if you don't care about atmosphere or don't want to come into town.

There is a major demo/construction project going on directly kitty-corner from Posada Lily at this time. In the old Nacho Daddy's space to build a new condo building. Would not be my pick at this time unless you like a lot of noise morning to evening 6 days a week.
