Depends how little, but they do usually have some kind of amusement park in the Tuileries Gardens in summer. And Luxembourg Gardens with the pond and boats might be fun, at least lots of little kids around there (and playgrounds elsewhere in the park, it's large).
Maybe Seine boat cruise.
otherwise, I don't know what a toddler would do as a tourist or what you would like to do. I think babies in museums are fine, as they usually just sleep in their stroller, but toddlers are actually more difficult.

There are never any "must-dos." It's up to you to read guidebooks and scour the internet for ideas that will suit you. A simple google search will turn up hundreds of sites devoted to children's activities in Pari.

We have booked air bnb. And we have planned to do the following- effiel tower, cruise, Disneyland , Norte dam and the palace of Versailles. We will also do the garden as Christina has suggested.
We plan to do the hop off and hop on..just a quick question
Can we cover palace of Versailles ( I know we won't be able to cover the entire thing with my 2.5 yr old daughter) and Norte dam wit the hop off and hop on?
If not, can both be done on the same day?
