Is the Colosseum restoration complete?

We were in Rome last year and much of the Colosseum was covered in scaffolding. I'm curious whether the restoration has been completed. I'm asking for photography purposes.

Thanks!

I think the cleaning of the actual Colosseo is finished, but they're working on an underground services center.

We were just there a few weeks ago, no scaffolding except for the interior underground sections and a small interior section.

Sometimes restorations in Italy go on forever -I love the line in an old guidebook "The facade scaffolding has been there so long it is not part of the facade."

I was unaware they are restoring it but this is useful info thank you. It is still open to public viewing though, yes? Since 1 of you was there a few weeks ago and online it looks like tickets are still sold and everything. I would hate to finally go to Rome and not be able to enter the Colosseum!
