Tour Berlin, Praga,Viena,Madrid
Hello dear friends
I was away from the forum for health problems and now I am planning with my wife for June a trip to know even if it is not in depth Berlin, Prague, Vienna and stay two days in Madrid. I do not know if we should start in Berlin or in Madrid I would like some organized tour in bus but it would have to be in spanish that is our native language.
As I am in treatment I can not extend my journey more than 10 days.
Any advice? Thank you.

I'm sorry and hope you are feeling better. But honestly a 22 yo w/ no health issues at all couldn't manage those four cities in just 10 days. And from what you post the entire trip is 10 days - right? If so you will actually have a little more than 7 days 'on-the-ground'. Subtract from that the almost 2 full days spent transferring from city to city you would have at most about 1.25 days per city. This is a hellacious pace.
I'd maybe hit two of the cities - three absolute max, but that would still be VERY rushed.

I don't think you will find anytning like that-a bus tour that includes Berlin and PRague plus Madrid. Madrid is just the outlier, it won't happen.
You might find one that combines Berlin Prague and Vienna, and possibly even in 10 days (although it is easy to get among those cities by train--Vienna to Prague to Berlin, or vice versa.
I do not know where you are to start, but I suspect not Spain or you wouldn't be going out of your way to spend 2 days in Madrid.
Here is a Spanish tour company that has an 8 day tour of Berlin etc (even including Budapest).

Here is their catalog for central Europe

I'm sure there are others in Spain, of course.
I think you will have to forget about Madrid or do that part yourself, Given your short time frame, I'd forget it.

janis is right IMO - Berlin, Prague and Vienna could be done in 10 days but that would also be quick - you may find a tour bus for those three in a short time but not including Madrid. Consider taking trains between Berlin, Prague and Vienna- for lots on trains check www.seat61.com; www.budgeteuropetravel.com and www.ricksteves.com.
Do a cheap flight to Madrid.

First of all thank you for all the tips that are all very consistent. I also acknowledge that I did not express myself well because when I talk about 10 days it was only with Berlin, Prague, and Vienna because apart I am going to be two or three days in Madrid, city to which I suppose return by plane from Vienna. I am seeing possibilities with the company Europamundo with which I already did a tour two years ago and I am very happy with the service that they offered me. Although I do not rule out seeing other options by bus that I suppose there should be.We like to go by bus because on the way we know other towns too. We are equally open to your suggestions that are of great value. Thanks again.
