Honeymoon at All Inclusive
Looking for an all inclusive honeymoon resort for may-june 2012 for 26 yr olds. Not too touristy but want good food and great beach. Devating between Costa Rica, Caribbean and Los Cabos.

I would look at the "Mayan Riviera", the Caribbean coast of Mexico south of Cancun to Playa del Carmen. There are lots of nice All-Inclusives there and the beach and ocean are beautiful on that side.
Los Cabos would also be nice but it's more rough and rugged terrain there (desert peninsula, not lush or jungly) and the ocean isn't swimmable most places because it's dangerous.
Puerto Vallarta is my personal favorite destination, but all-inclusives aren't as popular there, althoug certainly you could find them. Both in downtown PV or out to the north in the resort area called "Nuevo Vallarta".
All three places have plenty to see and do as far as activities and tours, or not, as you choose.
I wouldn't think of Costa Rica for an AI honeymoon. More for an independent adventure type trip.

For the Caribbean I really like Negril Jamaica. There are AI resorts near and on the beautiful 7-mile beach there. You fly into Montego Bay, then there are shuttles ($30pp shared), drivers, or taxis to take you the 90 min drive to Negril. Most definitely "good food and great beach" available.
Also there are some incredible places to stay on the "Cliffs" there. Not all-inclusive or resorts per se but places like www.tensingpen.com or Catcha Falling Star. These are cottages in tropical gardens on dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea.

I'd strongly recommend Verana in Yelpa, which is outside of Puerto Vallarta. You take a 45-minute taxi from the airport, followed by a 20 minute boat ride, followed by a 10 minute hike (a donkey carries your bags). A truly amazing place due to its architectural digest open air villas, and the food absolutely rocks. The only down-side is that the open-air villas result in lots of "creepy crawlies" at night, which takes some getting used to. However, if you're adventurous and not to freaked out by bugs, it as an absolutely awesome place for a pretty good price. Definitely worht checking out.

Secrets is opening a hotel in Huatulco, Mexico, which is Pacific coast in southern state of Oaxaca on a beautiful cove. You are more likely to get sunny weather in Huatulco. There is some great snorkeling around Huatulco, many bays and beaches where you could be with just a few people, or go to ones with more ammenities. Oaxacan food is great, as will be the food at the resort, of coourse. But if they like exploring in towns, there are a couple short taxi ride from the resort that are great. Some good adventure options in the area (rafting, trip to waterfalls) also.

Palace Resorts has a wonderful all-inclusive resort on the Mayan Riviera (Aventura Spa Palace). I have observed several weddings there which have all looked lovely. It is adults only with a great spa. Mmbers can provide you with their rates.
