Where to stay for a month in Belize?
I am just now beginning to learn about Belize and thinking of spending a month there next Feb. What areas should I pay attention to? I understand you land in Belize City but then take another flight to places like Placencia which looks like it's on a peninsula. We would like to rent a condo for the month and explore our surroundings by foot or cart,seeing nature. Do we need to rent a car? Any information about where to really begin my search is appreciated, especially what town or towns to consider. Thank you
