I used it for our vacations in Hawaii last year. No problems. But remember these are individual owners who are renting their properties so a positive experience for other than the specific property you are interested in does not mean much.

The only thing I can suggest is that when you chose a place, you post a query on this board or others like it. Maybe someone might have experience with it and can answer. We found our place through someone else's recommendation.
