Trip report - 18 days in Costa Rica

We got back form an 18 day trip last week visiting Dominical, Jaco, Montezuma, Mal Pais, Puerto Jimenez, Manuel Antonio, and San Jose

I loved your blogs. I read every one all the way back to 2005. Nice trips. (I'm glad somebody else besides me takes pictures of the food on their plate!)

I really enjoyed reading your trip report. Maybe now we will try the drive to Puerto Jiminez one day. Thanks for sharing

Great report, love the pics. So would you say that the drive from Dominical to PJ would run about 4 hours give or take? Glad to hear that most of that drive is good road.

Thanks for the feedback!

Tully - The drive from Dominical to PJ was about 3.5 hours - you can drive pretty fast (speed limit 80kph) on the roads south of Dominical

Enjoyed your report, but all the food pics sure made me hungry!! I liked reading about some of the more out-of-the-way places that you stayed in, not the typical itinerary and hotels, really got to meet a lot of local folks. Countdown for my next trip is less than 7 weeks!
