transportation Leon (BJX) to San Miguel de Allende

Can anyone recommend a taxi driver/ shuttle company, etc to take us from the airport in Leon to San Miguel? Our hotel can send a driver for $150.00, but I have been told it can be done for $80.00 or so. We are leaving February 17, arriving around noon. Thanks!

We've done this three times and just signed up for a cab once we arrived. No problems. There's a dispatcher just outside customs.

Not sure that you'd gain anything by signing up ahead of time.

Priced in pesos, I think last time we were there (4 years ago?) it was $72-75, so $80 with inflation and currency exchange variations sounds right ...

I would contact Jose Luis. He is honest and can provide anything from a standard car to a Suburban for larger groups.
