Tour Company - DestinationCR

Can anyone advise on whether or not Destination Costa Rica is a good/quality/reliable tour company. I'm not having good luck via my travel agent in fixing/changing some tour specifics and I've tried to contact them via email to no avail. We're trying them for our transfers from airport to/from hotels/airports, a Buena Vista Canopy Tour and an Arenal Tour...would appreciate a vote of confidence if anyone has had a good experience!

We have done business with Destination Costa Rica for more than 12 years with great reviews. They have a great professional team!!! Ask for Rodolfo for FIT's or Miriam for Groups.
