No clue but it will seem "expensive" compared to what you may expect. But "expensive" in Yucatan is highly relative (grin).
Balance the time you have with the ease of the toll road. Me, I would take the highway and see some villages and overnight at Dolores Alba near the ruins.

Just did the trip 2 weeks ago, although we drove from Merida all the way to Playa del Carmen.
The total tolls were $27.00 US (from Merida to Playa). There was one $10 toll and one $17 toll, although I can't remember which was between Merida and Chichen Itza, and I threw away the receipts when we got home. This will at least narrow it down for you. For what it is worth, my husband thinks the Chichen Itza to Merida portion was the $10 toll.
The road is excellent and quick. You'll have no problems.
