To BINX5 - sad story

Some may think the "Sad Story" should not be told over and over again. But I as a parent of a 1.5 yr old and three month old who frequently travels on vacation did not realize that it can happen even if you are keeping a VERY WATCHful eye. I'm glad I read this story because I would have never known and now will be EXTRA EXTRA CAREFUL. THANKS.

It's your parental responsibility, no?

Of course its your parental responsibility. You can have a very watchful eye and still things happen in the blink of a second. But I don!|t want to get into a debate over this. This forum is for vacations tips and such. Thanks ??

Certainly the public deserves to know about this tragedy that occurred in early 2003, but the forum seems being used for some personal vendatta. Note the posting parties ONLY seem to post on this topic, and presumably might be the same poster posting under various alias. The story sends shivers up my spine but I don't think it is being posted as a service, rather out of spite.

Uh-oh, watch out, Binthair! The last time around when I posted a view like that -- indeed, mine was even quieter and shorter, just two sentences saying that the approach did not come off as very believable to forum readers and that others seemingly involved in the same campaign had been kicked off another forum for the same posts -- I received a rather nasty email message from one member of the group posting here. I won't quote it here but suffice to say that it was quite harsh!
