The Amazing Race in Costa Rica !!
Supposedly this " Family Edition " which has just been in the States is going to Belize , Panama and Costa Rica ..... Now THAT will be more exciting !! I usually watch to see the locales , it will be fun to see one of my fave places !

faithie did you see the previews last night for next weeks show? Hard to tell with such a short clip but it looks like they are on a hanging bridge, maybe Arenal or MA. Looking forward to an episode finally (one of my favourite shows but not really enjoying the family edition).

I love the show , admittedly , mostly because of the exotic locales ..... This time around it has been terribly boring ( at least for me ) . It was exciting to see something different ! I saw those bridges in the clip and wondered the same thing . I know they do end up in Costa Rica .( I think !! )

This race has been so much less interesting than the others, that no one has even posted on the main Amazing Race thread after the most recent episode.
The producers were much generouds showing Panama then they were to the south. No race tracks, trailer parks or giant office chairs.

It was a non elimination leg. The sisters came in last, wearing most of their clothes in layers.
The dysfunctional New Jersey family did a fast forward (bunge jump) and won the race plus another trip to Panama.

ARGH! We had a sudden thunderstorm at 6 p.m. last night and it knocked out our CABLE-QUEPOS. Drats! Therefore, we didn't see the program but read up on it on the amazing race site. Just curious: the elimination was in Quepos "beach" Faithie (or anyone?)did you recognize this location? I'm really impressed that this entire thing was as secretive as it was! Anyone know if this will be rebroatcast? Lisa
PS: Book those tix yet Faithie?
