TEATRO COLON

How difficult is it to obtain tickets to the opera in early November and where would I find what is being performed?

I have heard that Teatro Colon is going to close for a year of renovations. Hopefully, someone in BA can advise you when this is supposed to start.

The opera house will be closed next year for over a year onwards so as to refurbish it all.high time! if you open the page you will see the programme for all the 04.
I will be getting 2 tickets for an American couple for the 3rd November for an opera. Check with the programme and let me know
regards,
PS. I phoned them several times to check the performance(sometimes they change) but i have to fetch them in October not before. If it is an opera what you want to see, there will be another also in the beginning of November I will fetch the tickets too.

The web site shows performences through March 2005. I am not sure when the theater will close after that time, but I have emailed them to inquire about the exact closing date.

Thank you all. From the web sight it appears there will not be an opera but a ballet while we are there. My husband is not too interested in a ballet.
