I plan to take Nature Air from SJ to Quepos. How much is the taxi fare from SJ Int'l airport to Nature Air's airport in Pavas at the Tobías Bolaños Airport?

Do they provide a shuttle, I've looked but can't find anything...

Just guessing. . .sorry. . .but since no one else has responded, I THINK you can expect about a $12-$15 taxi charge for this transfer. I am basing that on the taxi charge from the airport to San Jose. I don't think your cost would exceed that by much, if anything.

I'll confirm that it's $12. That's the standard taxi fare from the international airport to anywhere in the city, Pavas included.

Well, fides, I guess you might consider Sansa. I think many people use it for the convenience of its location. Wonder if there is a shuttle from SJO over to Sansa? I wouldn't be surprised.

fides: Sansa is a REAL stickler about arriving no less than 30 minutes prior to departure time. So remember to leave enough time to get thru Immigration, baggage, Customs then get over to Sansa. If you're traveling light, I think it's just as easy to walk over to Sansa than hire a cab, load up, and go thru the jumps and loops back over to Sansa. I haven't seen a shuttle for Nature Air nor Sansa out of SJO.
