Shillmac's recent CR photos available yet?

Hi Shillmac (and all),

Did you ever post a link to your recent CR photos? You mentioned you were getting them organized in one or two posts I read, but I never saw you post that they were ready for viewing. Just wondering, because I would love to see them if they are available.

Yeah, they're done. I e-mailed viewing invitations to a few people, friends and family. I'm not entirely pleased with them, but there are a few good ones. Also, it was done rather quickly and the album shows it!

They are on Kodak Gallery. I'll post a link manana. Thanks for asking. But don't get too excited!

Working on it! They are in an album on the Kodak Gallery webpage. I've tried putting the link in another thread. Was anyone able to view them? Please give me feedback! Technologically challenged!

I cut-and-pasted the link into my browser and was not able to view the photos. It said my e-mail address needed to be added to your Kodak gallery "share" list. I'm not completely familiar with Kodak's website, but perhaps there is a way you can designate your album to be publicly available. I know Yahoo photos allows that. Good luck!

Shillmac, I did manage to access the site, but my computer is too slow to view a lot of the pictures at once. So - I saw about a dozen or so of them, but when I try to get back on using my e-mail and password, the site won't let me. ):

Thanks haydencat. I know there is a way, and I have managed it before. Just can't seem to get it figured out this time. I'll have to work on it, but maybe not until this weekend has passed.

Hi Molly2! I was just thinking of you today and wandering if it were my turn! Probably so!

Jill I loved your pics. That little girl (in blue dress) in the wedding pics is adorable. Love the pics with the horses and Miguel, did you get to see his water buffalos? They went flying past us on the beach, they were laughing at me as I jumped about 10 feet as they came flying out of the forest. Thanks for taking pics of Lapa too - though one looks like someone was still in bed sleeping when you took it Love the monkey sticking his tongue out!!

LOL, Tully! That was my husband--didn't realize I had posted that one until i was looking though later. He'll never know. . .we slept about an hour the night before we left for CR. Then hit the ground running once there. It caught up with him at BdC, and he spent the better part of one afternoon in bed. I'm more like the energizer bunny (that's the only bunny I'll ever resemble!) and our SIL's mother, with her Parkinson's, put us all to shame! She could stay up later and go harder than anyone. . .she and her daughter had been in the country a full day when the rest of us arrived. They started out at Las Orquideas with a 15 hour day to Arenal, doing just about everything there and in between!

Thanks! and I'll be looking forward to yours!

Many thanks for the pictures! How can I be "homesick" for a place I've only ever gone to once?

Thank you shillmac - loved the pics. Have been dreaming of the Osa and your pics make the dream more desirable. It is still snowing here in Mitchell, SD and my trip to Savannah/St. Augustine is getting closer! Five of us fly to Santa Barbara, California the middle of May for a friend's wedding so CR is not in this year's budget. Thanks again for your posts, advice and pics.

May your snow soon stop, Dyer! Bummer about no Costa Rica, but a little bit of S/St. A and Santa Barbara will be a nice mix--enjoy yourself! All that snow will make Florida seem even better than usual!
