Secrets Capri

My husband and I have decided on Secrets Capri for the spring/08. I've looked at so many resorts and reviews and keep coming back to this one. I was wondering if anybody had any information on the restaurant menus or if anybody was going soon, if they could take some pics of them and email them to me. Also, do they have just a la carte or is there a buffet as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You picked a great all inclusive. If it is your anniversary, be sure to have your travel agency tell them. We told them it was our anniversary and we had a few nice surprises when we arrived. (Fresh flowers in our room, a bottle of champagne on arrival, and a gift certificate at the spa plus a huge sign on our door). Every morning for breakfast there is the buffet. For lunch you can go back to the buffet or there are two alacarte restaurants. One is outside, one inside. For dinner you can go back to the buffet or go to five (I think) different alacarte restaurants. No reservations needed. Just show up at the door. If a table is available, you're in, if not, you get a beeper. Also, there is dinner on the beach one night, and I think it was one or two nights around the pool. Also, there were different theme nights at the buffet, so it wasn't the same everynight.

Thanks for the information. I can't wait to go. It looks so beautiful on all the pictures I've seen and the reviews have been really good. We ususally stay at Iberostar resorts. I've never been to Mexico and wanted to try somewhere different this time.

Just don't expect a nice beach as it does not have one.

There is a multitude of info on this resort at tripadvisor.com.

Yes, I've heard about the beach but this is just a week to lay around and relax for both of us. We have a child with autism and a 3 year old as well and my parents are taking them for a week so we can take a week and refuel. I just want to go somewhere with good food and not too big a crowd. Catch up on some reading, eat, enjoy a few drinks and sleep.. oh how I need some sleep(LOL). I can't wait!!!!
