Re: Flinstones (Angie), she was our guide for five days exactly a year ago and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Our Spanish skills are not the greatest, and her English is excellent, so that was a help, but having a local that knows the history, knows places off the beaten track that you probably wouldn't find on your own, and also is a cautious driver that knows the routes so well was a tremendous help. Plus she's very funny and has great stories. We spent about a month in Argentina - a week each in the Mendoza area, the NW, the NE and BA, and we both thought the NW was the highlight of our trip. Also highly recommend Isabel of Buenos Aires tours for a travel agent.

Hi "Hernandez" no problems in recommending you. Yours is still one of our favourite places to stay on our RTW trip. Which is really saying something as we were away for over a year!!
Unfortunately our plans for moving on from dear old England hve been put on hold as we have to be around for some family members who are not too well. Also the fall in the value of the British pound has made buying property overseas a lot more expensive of late. Still, we hope to be back in Argentina again in the not too distant future. BTW you really should try and meet up with flintstones as I am sure a meeting would be of great benefit to each of you and indeed, your guests.
