Riviera Maya

We have narrowed our choices for our January trip to Adventura Spa Palace. also considering Dreams Tulum, Secrets Maroma Beach and Paradisus Riviera Cancun. Has anyone stayed at these places and any opinion which is the best and most affordable choice

What is the most important thing to you for this trip? Paradisus is nice but not on a good beach. Secrets Maroma is nicer and on an excellent beach but more expensive. Also Secrets Maroma is adults-only; Paradisus had a lot of kids running around when we were there but it was August.

Adventura does not have an actual beach. They have a man made cove...no ocean access.
Do you want adults only??? If so, go with Secrets Maromo Beach or look into the Iberostar Paraiso Grand.

Paradisus does not have any "coves" - but they do have lots of seaweed. Iberostar Paraiso Grand and Secrets Maroma are on better beaches. Go to www.tripadvisor.com for more input.

Secrets has the nicest beach and newest hotel. Paradisus's entrance to the hotel is kinda sad...made me not ever want to stay there.
