Oh boy, I spent many weekends in Ensenada area from the mid 70's to late 80's. My favorite was El Rey Sol. closer to the south end of the main drag, Across from the Bahia Hotel before Santa Isabel Hotel. I have some great memories of that place. It specialized in French,Mexican seafood.
Was much better and cheaper in the 'old days' but still very good. Judi

Hi Karen - We enjoyed a fantastic lunch - with a great view of the Pacific - at a place called The Cave of The Tigers. That was a couple of years ago, so it's possible that place is no longer around, or has changed names. The food was delicious, the portions generous - umm, can still taste the salsa !!

Restaurant was just a bit south of town in a place where you won't think a restaurant would be.

If it's still there, it's worth looking into.

Enjoy!
