Restaurants in Cabo etc.?

We have a group of 10 meeting up in Cabo for a reunion, staying at a villa on the corridor...What restaurants are not to be missed (any price range, low to high)? Any recommendations as to snorkeling and diving charter companies? Any suggestions as to touristy-boat trip kind of things? Any other things to do that we should not miss?

There is a terrific restaurant overlooking the Pacific called Finasterra, or "end of the Earth." I highly recommend it. If you go, be sure to ask for the tables located up the hillside...the view is not to be missed.

Have a great time in Cabo.

Dear alliesmom:

My favorite place in SCL is Mi Casa - no view, but I love the carnitas Michoacan. I also have enjoyed Edith's which is very expensive. There is no view but it is set up in a neat palapa. You may want to check the tripadvisor forum for Cabo. It is pretty active and will have more recs.

We did a snorkle trip last Feb with Pez Gato. They did a great job eventhough the the water was too cold for us in Feb.

have fun!!

Try Agua at the One and Only Palmilla for a special dinner. Any of the restaurants at Marquis Los Cabos - their fine dining restaurant has an amazing menu that changes every few days, with 6 courses of gourmet food for around $75/person.

Spend an afternoon shopping on the main street of San Jose del Cabo. Take a cruise around the arches - there are several good companies down at the Marina. Also, be sure to spend time looking and shopping at the Marina Mercado.

Best Regards,
Julia

My favorite for food and view is Edith's (Eee--ditz) on Playa del Pescador on the edge of downtown.
