Here's the link that talks about the property. The accommodations look great, but my concern is whether it is very isolated (i.e. difficult to get to restaurants in PV.

Conchas Chinas is an fine area. It's definitely too far to walk, but is a short taxi or bus ride to the restaurants in downtown PV.
My concern with the property is it says right on the website you directed me to, that it's still under construction! That's WAY a deal-breaker in my book.

Hola: I would be very careful on this one, it really looks like one that I have been watching as it is being constructed. Be sure to ask what they mean about the construction and is it completed. It appears to be on the hillside and it is not convenient to walking. There are a lot of really great condo's located closer to the Romantic Zone and All great restaurants and other interesting things. Good Luck.

My hubby and I and two friends are leaving for PV next Sunday and staying at Horizon. The photos look great but from what I've heard and read (on this board) it is a cab ride away from the beach, restaurants, etc). Not really a problem for us.
Will post and let you know how our trip goes.
