Hi, <BR> <BR>My wife and I just returned from another FANTASTIC vacation in Puerto Vallarta (our sixth time there). <BR> <BR>We need help identifing a couple of spanish songs/artists that we heard A LOT while we were there. The songs were played at the pool of our resort, as well as, at our favorite nightclub "the Roxy"....Can't get 'em out of our heads!! I would like to surprise my wife with a CD of these (and other) latin songs. <BR> <BR>O.K....Since I can't hum a few bars...I'll do my best to explain them. <BR> <BR>Mystery Song #1: Fast, up-beat, fun, the only part I could make out was Uno, dous, tres!!... Could it be Ricky Martin? Does anyone know the name of this song? <BR> <BR>Mystery Song #2: Popular dance song with younger crowd...the only english word I could make out in this one is the word "sexy" which is repeated several times thoughout the song. The dancers would be in a line (like a form of line dance) with one hand up to their head and a seductive (sexy) swaying of the hips. My favorite part was watching the drunkin American tourists try this dance!! Mike, <BR> <BR>I know both songs well, but unfortunately only know the song's name and artist to the second song. It is called "La Bomba" by a band called "Azul, Azul". Glad you guys had a good time in Puerto Vallarta, one of my favorite places in all of Mexico.

the first song is "Maria" by Ricky Martin (probably!)

Uno, dos, tres (1, 2, 3) is sung by El Simbolo on their "No Pares" CD. I bought my copy at Amazon. Great CD. Oh yeah, there is also a track on the CD named "Levantando las manos" that might be your "sexy" song.
