Lovely post Jessie. To minutely plan every little detail of travel, but to CR especially, sucks the soul right out of the entire purpose of being there in the first place IMHO. Sometimes you have to embrace the idea that things will go wrong or something unexpected might happen, but to take the positive from them just enhances the whole trip, and life in general. So, back to the original post, I think it's a great idea for Wolfiesmom to still go to Peace Lodge. I haven't been there but Peace Lodge looks splendid & it would be a shame to deprive yourself a trip there for something that may - but probably will not - affect your stay at all! Enjoy & post when you return!

Wolfiesmom, I can sure relate to wanting to get out of the cold, snowy northeast. And the foul weather is already starting! Peace Lodge sounds great.
Poss, have you considered a tour? I've heard terrific things about OAT travel. A friend travels frequently with their more upscale parent company {can't recall the name}, and raves about it. It might greatly ease your mind to let someone else handle the details {or not!}.

Thanks for the rose!!! I will definitely provide an update. Leaving in 4 days and only worry I have is the flight being on time since it would cause a domino effect of delays (transfers, hotel etc.), but even still what can we do? Things will work out no matter what.
Thanks to all for your help and poss- hope you have an enjoyable trip whatever you choose to do.
