Going to Puarta Vallarta in Feb 2001. First timers, so we thought we'd do the all-inclusive route. Are there any Adults-only(Sandals style) or are there kids at all of them? (we love kids, but we're leaving ours at home!)? Looking for good food & drinks, CLEAN,SAFE rooms and beautiful beaches and sunsets - any suggestions? Thanks so much! <BR>

I have stayed at The Qualton Club twice and it's a great all-inclusive hotel. They do allow kids but there never seems to really be any around. The price is reasonable too.

Just got back from a great vacation at the Allegro Resort in Nuevo Vallarta which is about a 30 min drive out of town. This isnt an adults only hotel but our group of 5 couples didn't experience any overrun of kids. It was a great resort with a beautiful beach and if you are looking for a relaxing but fun resort this place would fit the bill! We all decided if we return to P Vallarta that we would come back to the Allegro!

Thanks for the info, everyone! What kind of nite-life can we expect around these resorts? Do they have any nite-life, or is there some local hotspots close by? Also, any info on $$$ would be greatly appreciated - gotta start saving my pennies now!!
