Oasis Playa Cancun....Any Opionions?

I am going back to Cancun for the third time and excited! The last 2 times we stayed at the Caribbean Village and had no problems. This time we are staying at the Oasis Playa (All Inclusive) from May 14-21 with my girlfriend (we are 26 and 24). Was wondering if anyone had any opionions or could share some stories about this hotel. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
The Travelin Jew

My friend at work (mid 30's) was here last year. She said it was a great hotel, and lots of activities and stuff going on. I asked my travel agent but she said that this hotel is very nice but in a very busy location, on the hotel strip which can be a little noisy at night. So if you and your girl are party-people and not party-poopers, you'll probably have a great time!

I've only seen it from the outside. It looked ok...When I was there last year, someone on our bus into Cancun was complaining that the a/c in the hallways didn't work. It is definitely for the younger, partying crowd...

I found it too noisy for this old man, but you are young people and Im sure youll like it.
