need to phone

Can someone who calls buenos dias please tell me the international beginning telephone #. It seems like I have too many digits to call my son.

it is 011 541 14 and then seven digit number. All numbers have been added a 4 before the old seven digits....
If it is a celular it is a complication and I always do it wrong.

You can get in the super market or in the internet a Green Florida Card or similar, and talk to Bs As for almost nothing....

To call a cell in Argentina you have to dial as follows:
54 (Country Code)+ 9 + 11 (Buenos Aires area code) + 8 digits (Cell phone number)
